We're a small, remote operation, so email is the quickest way to reach us. We read everything and reply to substantive messages within a few working days.

What to include

• Corrections: the page URL and what you believe is wrong. If we agree, we fix it and note the correction on the page.
• Buying questions: your room size, viewing distance, budget and what you watch. Generic "which TV is best" questions are hard to answer usefully without those details.
• Press or retailer enquiries: please state clearly if you are contacting us on behalf of a brand or retailer.
• Complaints: what happened, when, and what outcome you're seeking.

Things we can't help with

We're not a retailer and don't handle orders, delivery, warranties or returns. Those sit with the retailer you bought from — usually Amazon UK for the products we link to. We also don't offer phone support, and we won't take payment to change or remove a published verdict.

Postal address

We operate remotely and don't publish a postal office address. If you need a correspondence address for a formal enquiry, please ask by email and we'll provide one.
